What will you be doing?
Deliver complex control system projects from concept through to commissioning

Your Role
As a Mechatronics Engineer within the Test Services department at Safran Landing Systems in Gloucester you will support the testing of a range of aircraft landing gear test facilities. You’ll be ensuring these test systems are properly configured for Project Teams to carry out qualification and validation testing to Aerospace standards. You will be involved with the support, development, implementation and integration of Electrical, Control and Data Acquisition systems across these complex systems. You will use your PLC programming and Ladder Logic skills to fault find, diagnose and maintain the test systems and ensure they are available for the test teams. The systems also include Hydraulics, Hydro-Mechanical and Pneumatics so any experience with this kind of Engineering would be useful.
