As our Proposals Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Producing quotations for the manufacture of a wide variety of loose gears
  • Preparing quotations for gearbox and pump refurbishment work
  • Interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Developing accurate and detailed cost breakdowns for labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overheads where applicable
  • Carrying out risk and opportunity assessments, providing commercial recommendations to senior management

  • Ensure that daily checks are completed and repair or report any defects using the helpdesk or reactive works ticketing system via PDA
