Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them through best practices in software engineering and architecture.
Conduct regular code reviews and performance optimisations to ensure high-quality, efficient solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on client projects and incorporating them where appropriate.
Manage and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and deployment phases, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery of solutions.
Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and contributing to proposal development.

A consistent track record in providing technical leadership in areas including application, business, and integration architectures.
Must be comfortable across all architecture domains and specialise in at least one of:
