Were looking for an experienced Mechanical Pump Engineer (Field Based) to join a well-established and growing pump solutions company based around Oxfordshire!

Youll work on a variety of clean water and wastewater pump systems, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, and installations. This includes water pressurisation units, booster sets, heating and HVAC pumps, circulation pumps and associated control systems.

This role is perfect for someone mechanically biased, with strong hands-on pump experience, who enjoys a varied field-based role across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, and Surrey.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!

What youll be doing

  • Carry out mechanical servicing, installation, commissioning, testing, and start-up of pumping systems
  • Work on booster sets, pressurisation units, circulation pumps and heating & cooling pumps
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to optimise performance and prevent downtime
  • Replace pumps, pipework, valves, control panels, and associated components
  • Attend planned maintenance visits and respond to emergency breakdowns
  • Complete accurate site reports, record job progress, and liaise with office support teams
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent the business professionally on every site
  • Operate and maintain a fully equipped company van

Hours

Role Purpose:
