This role involves onboarding new pension schemes, transitioning schemes leaving Isio, and supporting buy-ins and buyouts. It combines technical data skills, UK pensions knowledge, and configuration of our IntelliPen and oPen administration systems.

The Person:
* Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
* Strong background in heavy equipment, vehicle systems, or machinery design
* 7+ years’ leadership experience within an engineering environment
* Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Creo or similar)
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, hydraulics, and assemblies
* Experience managing projects across full product lifecycle
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Commercially aware with a strong problem-solving mindset
