Machines don’t fix themselves. Which is unfortunate, because if they did, this job wouldn’t exist.
We’re looking for a Farm Engineer to keep a busy agricultural operation moving. You’ll be maintaining, repairing and generally rescuing a wide range of machinery that has a habit of breaking at exactly the wrong time.
This is not a ‘watch the clock and tick boxes’ role. It’s a ‘something’s down, go sort it’ kind of job.
You’ll be working across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, diagnosing faults properly and fixing them so they stay fixed. Welding and fabrication will come into play too, along with general hands-on problem solving across site.
There’s also telescopic JCB work involved, because nothing in farming ever stays in its lane.
What you’ll be doing
What you’ll need
The reality of it
If you like variety, hands-on work and solving problems properly, you’ll be fine here. If you want predictable, repetitive tasks and someone telling you exactly what to do every hour, you won’t.
This role suits someone who sees a broken machine and doesn’t panic, they just start figuring it out.

Location: Penarth (5 days a week for first 3 months)
Salary: £40,000 - £46,000
Summary:
We’re hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of a well-established cloud and internal IT environment within a growing SaaS tech business.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants full ownership of infrastructure rather than being a small part of a bigger team.
You’d be managing a stable cloud environment but also the wider IT estate, so you get that mix of cloud and hands-on responsibility. You’ll work closely with leadership and gradually take over the full infrastructure function. It suits someone who enjoys improving systems rather than constantly firefighting or rebuilding from scratch.

Berkshire
This role will be 5 days per week on-site.
Position overview:
Were looking for a Senior Embedded Software Developer to design, implement and optimise Kalman filterdriven navigation and sensor fusion algorithms on microcontrollers (ARM Cortex, ideally STM32).
Youll work close to the hardware, owning the translation from complex algorithms into efficient, reliable embedded code thats built to be tested, validated and deployed in real-world environments.
This is a fully onsite role (5 days per week), working hand-in-hand with global engineering teams and alongside high-speed production environments, giving you the ability to iterate quickly, prototype rapidly, and take solutions seamlessly from concept through to build.
What you will be doing:
What we require from you:
Were looking for someone who lives and breathes embedded systems a developer with deep C/C++ expertise on microcontrollers who has already taken Kalman filtering, estimation or sensor fusion out of theory and into real, working products.
Youll have a strong handle on the fundamentals that truly matter in practice; from linear algebra and noise modelling through to sensor error, drift and calibration, whilst being comfortable operating in tightly constrained, real-time environments where timing, performance and reliability are everything.
Youll be the kind of engineer who enjoys getting hands-on at the lowest level, debugging with the right tools, squeezing performance out of ARM Cortex-M platforms (ideally STM32), and making smart trade-offs between precision and efficiency.
If youve worked on navigation or inertial systems, things like IMU fusion, attitude estimation or dead reckoning, then even better.
Above all, youll care about building things properly; validating your work through simulation, replay or hardware-in-the-loop, and contributing to a clean, collaborative engineering environment with solid development practices.
As a growing UK operation, we offer the chance to join at an early stage and contribute to a business with a strong trajectory and an established market-leading reputation.
