The Opportunity
They are seeking aProfessional Services DevOps Engineerto join their highly collaborative team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, working directly with enterprise clients to design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms, leveraging modern tooling and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms for enterprise customers
  • Build pipelines usingDocker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering
  • Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to ensure successful adoption of solutions
  • Deliver technical workshops, enablement sessions, and training to customers
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape roadmap and features
  • Stay current with emerging DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Good experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or related engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience withGit, Jenkins, Maven, and build systems
  • Proven experience building software delivery pipelines across multiple ecosystems (Java, Node.js, Python)
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, compute, networking, storage, and security
  • Experience with configuration management and deployment tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Kubernetes)
  • Strong Linux skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills
  • Exposure to software architecture and system design is a plus
  • Passion for open-source technologies and continuous learning
