Change integration: Create and run an integrated change roadmap spanning all value creation programmes included in M&C Europe’s transformation; resolve overlaps, sequencing conflicts, and resource/content dependencies.
Change strategy & planning: Define change approach, standards, and tailor toolkits (e.g., impact assessment, partner plans, adoption metrics) and ensure each programme applies them consistently.
Stakeholder engagement: In collaboration with our communications team, map and manage stakeholders impacted by and required to support the implementation of change initiatives. Work with local change people in markets to coordinate stakeholder engagement where required; chair regular change forums.
Change impact & readiness: Lead cross-programme and Region impact assessments (people, process/ways of working, policy, tech), readiness reviews, and business readiness affecting sites and customers.
Drive cultural change & engagement: Create the target culture working with M&C leaders to define the behaviours needed to drive business transformation in line with vision and strategy. Develop interventions to localise and embed these behaviours and guide people’s daily work.
Build capability: In partnership with our internal learning teams, identify and build the core capabilities that will make M&C Europe a success (e.g. commercial acumen, data driven decision making).
Communications: Partner with business and country comms leads to develop the communications materials required to successfully embed change – raising awareness, increasing understanding, building commitment and galvanising our people into action. Ensure consistent change management messaging is included in regular business communications.
Management of change & benefits realisation: Define adoption key performance indicators, dashboards, and benefits tracking; coordinate a structured management of change process where work is moving from one location to another; reinforcement to secure behavioural change and value delivery.

Significant experience leading complex, multi-programme change in retail, convenience, energy, mobility, or similar operational, safety-critical environments.
Proven track record of integrating change programmes.
Strong facilitation and influence skills at executive and field levels; comfortable working with franchisees/operators and third parties.
Data-driven approach to adoption and benefits tracking; capable with dashboards and insight storytelling.
Formal change credentials (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, BSc or MSc in organisational psychology) and familiarity with Lean/Agile a plus.
