We are looking for a Senior Fire Engineer to join Diamond & Co and play a key role in delivering high-quality fire engineering work across residential and Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs).
This role combines technically robust fire strategy design with faade fire risk analysis and remediation advisory work. Supervise subcontractors including inductions and safety briefings
Support facilities requirements during live operations
Assist with compliance activities including emergency lighting, fire alarms, RCD testing and statutory inspections
Contribute to quarterly, six-monthly and annual PPM programmes including boiler servicing, HVAC inspections, gas safety checks, pressure testing and documentation reviews
Participation in an emergency on-call rota is required.
