As a Field Service Engineer, you will be out in the field maintaining and repairing specialist municipal, plant and utility equipment, including Road Sweepers, Tankers, Grabs, RCVs, Tippers and other specialist vehicles. From urgent breakdowns to planned maintenance inspections, you will play a key role in keeping essential services moving.

  • Diagnose, repair and maintain DGEMC owned assets across customer sites
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and service calls to minimise downtime
  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
  • Complete PMI inspections and submit accurate electronic reports via PDA
  • Manage your own schedule, van stock and workload efficiently

About You

You are a hands on engineer who enjoys problem solving and working independently. You take pride in delivering quality work and building trusted relationships with customers on site.

Main Duties:

  • To provide the security measures necessary for the safeguarding of the property and people within the premises
