Required Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of developing secure customer-facing browser-based software applications - ideally within our technology stack of Blazor, .NET Core, SQL, Azure or equivalents.

Experience of deploying web applications using DevOps approaches and a CI/CD pipeline framework - ideally in Azure, but other equivalent experience considered.

Experience of serverless application architecture - ideally within Azure (e.g. Azure App Service, Blob Storage, Azure AD B2B/C, Managed SQL) - but equivalent experience (e.g. AWS) considered.

High-level of technical proficiency, IT aptitude and a general interest in technology, systems and software.

Critical thinking and logical, analytical mindset to problem solving.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Providing independent oversight of liquidity risk management through review and challenge informed by technical analysis, subject matter expertise, and robust consideration of risk appetite.
  • Engaging with partners in Corporate Treasury, Finance, Businesses, and other Risk teams to identify solutions that support BNY’s Client and Enterprise Platforms.

  • Professional experience, with background in liquidity risk or other related financial risk departments within banking or financial services.
  • Familiarity with liquidity and treasury risk management activities including funding, cash flow projections, deposit modeling, liquidity metrics, and stress testing.
  • Experience building and maintaining risk frameworks and processes, collaborating with business and corporate function partners, and supporting other staff to ensure accurate, timely implementation and consistent practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to produce professional presentation decks using MS PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst:

  • Provide first line technical support to our customers via our ticketing platform, email, phone and remote support tools
  • Diagnose and resolve common desktop, laptop, printer and basic networking issues
  • Set up and configure new user accounts, devices and applications
  • Assist with routine maintenance tasks, patching and monitoring
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior engineers where appropriate
