Working alongside two fellow Senior Service Managers, you will form part of a well-established service management team helping to lead the delivery of high-quality IT support services and drive continuous improvement across our client’s operational environment. This role has been deemed inside IR35 and would be for an initial 3 month contract period (temp to perm or extension highly likely).
In this position, you would be the primary engineer on site for an end client in Chichester, taking ownership of all IT support including day-to-day business as usual support, more complex issues, proactive maintenance, and an element of project work. You will attend the London site upto 1 day per week and travel time will be included in your day. Typically you would be onsite in London 10am to 2pm allowing time to travel.
Skills / Experience
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal will be key to this role. You will be working in a fast-paced environment so your organisational skills must also be strong along with the ability to prioritise your workload where required.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
Active SC Clearance
Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11
Proven experience delivering Windows OS migrations in enterprise environments
Deep knowledge of:
Experience configuring Windows 11 lockdown/security settings
Strong PowerShell scripting skills
Experience with MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) and WDS (Windows Deployment Services)
Solid understanding of basic networking principles
