Deployment Engineer - WRITER
As a deployment engineer at WRITER, you will partner directly with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and validate their technical feasibility, owning the end to end implementation of tailored AI solutions. You will architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities to solve complex business challenges. Your role includes translating intricate technical concepts and platform capabilities into clear, prescriptive solution recommendations for customers, guiding them through the generative AI landscape. You will collaborate extensively with internal Product and Engineering teams, provide customer feedback that influences the product roadmap and drives innovation. Additionally, you will develop scalable processes, robust documentation, and efficient workflows to reduce customer time to value for technical integrations. You will champion the adoption and expansion of WRITER’s AI solutions within customer accounts to maximize impact and return on investment.
Salary: $131,800 - $185,000

Customer Engagement and Delivery Engineer
Own customer engagements end to end from qualified opportunity through technical validation, go live, and ongoing delivery across all customer segments. Build customer specific demos and proofs of concept using Liquid models including LEAP for fine tuning, domain adaptation, and evaluation to drive technical wins. Lead technical discovery by mapping current state customer architectures to Liquid solutions, driving competitive positioning against open source and incumbent models, and quantifying ROI for both cost optimization and new experience use cases. Co own the product field feedback loop by documenting friction patterns, evaluation failures, and capability gaps from engagements and partnering with product and research teams to influence the roadmap. Turn engagement learnings into reusable assets such as reference architectures, solution primitives, demo building blocks, engagement playbooks, and vertical specific solution patterns across Liquid’s priority industries.
AI Agent Solutions Delivery Engineer
Design and deploy AI solutions by working closely with customers to translate their challenges into functional agents, integrating APIs and data sources to automate real business processes. Prototype quickly, build the first version, get it into production, and refine based on real world feedback. Collaborate with customer teams across engineering, product, and operations to ensure the agent performs, scales, and delivers measurable outcomes. Own end to end delivery from discovery call to deployment, leading the technical build, testing, and iteration to ensure the experience feels natural, human, and on brand. Drive adoption and expansion by sharing results, training teams, and embedding within the customer organization to uncover new opportunities for automation and scale. Act as the face of Bland by being the customer’s champion, traveling on site, developing real relationships with customers and stakeholders, hosting training sessions and dinners, and providing unreasonable hospitality.
Technical POC and Discovery Engineer
Run technical discovery, design solutions, and lead POCs alongside Account Executives to close deals, then own onboarding to get customers to first value fast. Build and implement workflows within V7 Go; combining prompt engineering, data pipelines, and integrations to solve real customer problems across document processing and more. Act as the primary technical contact for accounts, handling complex challenges and spotting expansion opportunities as customers scale. Juggle up to 10 concurrent projects while feeding customer insights back to product and engineering.
