What we’re looking for

Proven experience leading delivery across multiple Agile teams or complex programmes
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capability
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaled environments (eg SAFe, LeSS, or similar)
Experience delivering complex digital products in fast-paced, regulated industries (eg fintech, gaming, E-commerce)

The successful Agile Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, predictable, and outcome-focused delivery across one or two Agile teams within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Your new role
