You’ll oversee multiple interdependent projects, manage programme-level risks and budgets, and engage with senior stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital services.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute programme strategies to meet organisational goals, on time and within budgetLead stakeholder engagement and change initiatives to support technology adoptionOversee governance, risk management, and compliance with data protection, cyber security, and procurement regulationsManage resource planning, budgets, and business casesProvide leadership and development for programme teams, fostering collaboration and innovationDrive innovation by monitoring emerging technologies and leading post-implementation reviewsEssential requirements:Substantial experience leading complex digital transformation programmesProven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams and large budgetsExperience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaborationExperience managing external suppliers and contractsDegree or equivalent experience in a relevant disciplineMSP Practitioner or equivalent, plus certifications in Agile methodologiesIn-depth understanding of digital technologies (eg cloud, AI, IoT, data analytics)Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skillsProficiency in project management tools (eg Jira, Asana, MS Project, DevOps)Full valid UK driving licence*Public Sector Experience is essential*
