In the role you will be handling the Inspection of aircraft components, ground support equipment and raw materials. Undertake first and final inspection of machined parts and assemblies. Collaborating with production teams and engineers to provide feedback and assist in resolving quality concerns. Ensuring inspection equipment is calibrated and instigating re-calibration if required.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer/Inspector or similar, with experience in Inspection, quality assurance, calibration and auditing as well as competence in the use of inspection equipment and quality control processes. Good working knowledge of AS9100 & AS9102 and a solid understanding in interpretating complex Engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.

The Role
You’ll work on public and private sector projects. You’ll likely be working as a lead software quality engineer on internal and client-facing projects, contributing to the leadership of teams.
Leading by example and promoting the Opencast approach, you’ll support colleagues to develop knowledge and work through challenges in all testing types.
