What will you be responsible for?

  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and early warnings in line with NEC processes
  • Review and manage compensation events and change control procedures
  • Ensure compliance with programme requirements and monitor contractor performance
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and external partners
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders and governance boards
  • Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance across all project activities

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an NEC Project Manager on public sector or infrastructure projects
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts
  • Demonstrable experience managing budgets and complex project programmes
  • Experience handling compensation events, early warnings, and contract administration
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced local authority environment

They are now looking for a Sustainability Project Coordinator to support and deliver key environmental initiatives across the organisation.

You’ll play a key role in supporting, developing, and delivering sustainability projects across product areas. This includes working on major environmental workstreams such as:

  • Packaging
  • Waste
  • Carbon reduction
  • Responsible sourcing
  • Health and emerging sustainability themes

You’ll be involved in data analysis, reporting, project delivery, and governance, while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, NGOs, and government bodies.

Sustainability Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
