ThisisafantasticopportunitytoplayakeyroleindeliveringretrofitandenergyefficiencyimprovementsfundedthroughtheSocialHousingDecarbonisationFund(SHDF),withastrongfocusonWave2andWave3projects.

TheRole

AsProjectManager,youwilltakeownershipofend-to-enddeliveryacrossSHDF fundedschemes,ensuringprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinbudget,andtoregulatoryandqualitystandards.

Youwillworkcloselywithhousingassociations,contractors,consultants,andlocalauthoritiestodrivesuccessfulretrofitprogrammesthatcontributetotheUKssustainabilitytargets.

• LeaddeliveryofSHDFWave2andWave3decarbonisationprojects
• Manageprojectlifecyclefrommobilisationthroughtocompletion
• Overseebudgets,timelines,risks,andstakeholderengagement
• Coordinatecontractorsandretrofitsupplychainpartners
• EnsurecompliancewithPAS2035andretrofitstandards
• Monitorperformance,reportingprogresstoseniorstakeholders
• Drivecontinuousimprovementandbestpracticeinretrofitdelivery

KeyRequirements

• ProvenexperienceasaProjectManagerwithinsocialhousingretrofit/decarbonisation
• StrongknowledgeofSHDFfunding(Wave2&3)
• Experiencedeliveringenergyefficiencymeasures(EWI,IWI,heatpumps,insulation,etc.)
• UnderstandingofPAS2035andretrofitcoordinationprinciples
• Excellentstakeholdermanagementandcommunicationskills
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsinafast-pacedenvironment
