We are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an AI and Automation Specialist to join our IT team.
Role Overview
In this hands-on delivery role, you will lead the build and deployment of automation and agent solutions using Microsoft 365 tooling. You will turn prioritised use cases into secure, reliable releases, while establishing repeatable delivery approaches for the future. You will work closely with Information Security, Cyber and Technology Risk to ensure that delivery aligns to policy and control requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 automation and agent tooling, including Power Automate and CoPilot Studio. You will have a deep understanding of identity, access and permissions in M365, and how these affect data exposure. Experience working in regulated environments with strong control expectations and auditability is essential. You will also demonstrate a strong understanding of data access and information risk concepts, and will demonstrate a strong knowledge of delivery standards for production releases.
