Role Overview
We are seekinga Junior Civil / Structural Engineer to join the Engineering Services team supporting refinery and chemical plant operations at Fawley. This role is suited to an early-career engineer with a solid technical foundation and at least 3 years of relevant experience, looking to further develop within an operating oil refinery environment.
The role involves supporting plant operations, inspections, maintenance, and project delivery, working under the guidance of senior engineers in a safety-critical, highly regulated setting.
