We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Lead to take ownership of electrical infrastructure design integrity across major hyperscale programmes throughout EMEA.

This role sits at the highest level of technical authority, ensuring electrical systems are designed, integrated, and delivered in line with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight of HV, MV and LV electrical infrastructure

Review and approve electrical designs, studies, and calculations

Validate protection coordination, arc flash, and earthing strategies

Review vendor submittals for transformers, switchgear, and electrical systems

Ensure alignment with Owner Project Requirements and global standards

Support multidisciplinary design coordination

Planning – Create, for Project Director sign off, a project schedule and Project Brief for each project which meets the needs of the client and our contractual obligations. Prepare all paperwork, in respect of the project e.g. site surveys, risk assessments, method statements, resource plan, purchasing schedule, materials schedule, risk log. Meet and liaise as required with client personnel e.g. for confirmation of specific requirements, progress meetings.

Project Risk management – Identify and manage any risks to the project delivery. Identify and implement mitigation to project risks to minimise impact to the project Time, Quality and Cost.

Resource Allocation – Confirm the materials, tools, labour and amenities required for each project are accurate and regularly monitored and updated. Ensure resources are sourced/ordered and dispatched at the appropriate time to minimise cost whilst ensuring successful project delivery.

Delivery of Project – Delivery of project from Initiation to Closure and to the agreed Time Frame, within agreed Costs and to the agreed Quality standards. Ensuring variations to original drawings upon which original price was based are agreed in writing by the client and commercial agreement reached to agree compensation for any additional work.

Project Reporting – Maintain accurate records during the project lifecycle to enable regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders. e.g. Project Status; cost; margin; risk and issues; resources.

Staff Management – Responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision of site installation team is in place, including subcontractors. Evidence to be provided that the installation team are competent and qualified to undertake the project requirements. Site supervisors to lead the installation team and ensure that the team are fully briefed in respect of the project requirements, including systems of safe working, RAMS and Toolbox Talks etc, and that signatures for such are collected as necessary and copies filed in the project folders and copied to the QHSE Dept.

Uniform. Take an active role in ensuring that engineers maintain a professional standard of dress, and that branded clothing is worn at all times together with other appropriate PPE as necessary.

Budget Management – Responsible for the financial planning and monitoring of the project costs, including re-forecasting as necessary

Health, Safety, Welfare & Environment – Responsible for ensuring the health, safety and welfare of staff allocated to and working on a project, for the prevention of pollution, and for minimising the impact of project activities on the environment. Conducting regular site safety audits and returning all audit paperwork to the QHSE Compliance Dept.

Quality Records – Ensuring records are maintained, in the associated Site Project File, as required by the Client and by the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.

You will have

To be successful as Fire Protection Project Manager, you will have a healthy mix of the following:

Relevant Construction and/or Project Management Qualifications – Required to hold a CSCS Manager level card and may also include for example, CDM, SMSTS. MAPM Desired.

Plus proven track record in building services project management including the following:

Planning and Time Management – experienced in ensuring that projects are completed within set timeframes.

Resource Management – ensuring that labour, equipment and materials are made available throughout a project and that these are ordered and delivered to site in the correct quantities and with an appropriate lead-in time

Financial and Budget Management – making sure that the project is completed within the financial budget.

Communication – arranging meetings and ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the project’s progress.

Delegation and Motivation – the Project Manager, will be responsible for ensuring that tasks are delegated effectively and staff remain motivated to complete the project to a high standard.

Senior Mechanical Engineer – Data Centres

About the role

An international engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the delivery of technically complex, mission-critical data centre projects. This role is ideal for an experienced building services engineer who enjoys leading design packages, supporting junior engineers, and working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

You will play a key role in delivering high-performance mechanical systems that prioritise reliability, resilience, and operational efficiency across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design scope on large and technically demanding data centre projects
• Deliver and review detailed mechanical designs including HVAC, chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH units, ventilation, controls, and fire protection
• Act as a senior technical point of contact for clients, contributing to design assurance and value engineering
• Coordinate with electrical, structural, architectural, and specialist disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions
• Chair and contribute to design and project meetings
• Mentor and support junior engineers, reviewing work and providing technical guidance
• Ensure designs comply with Uptime Institute Tier standards, ASHRAE guidelines, and applicable codes and regulations
• Monitor design delivery against programme, budget, and change control requirements
• Produce high-quality reports, specifications, and technical documentation

About you

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong experience in mechanical building services design, ideally within mission-critical environments such as data centres, healthcare, or high-tech facilities
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC design and a solid understanding of controls, monitoring systems, and fire design
• Confident leading design packages on fast-paced, technically complex projects
• Familiar with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, IES VE, and CFD software
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach
• Member of a relevant professional body (e.g. CIBSE, IMechE), with Chartered status achieved or in progress

We are supporting a large organisation seeking a Senior Developer with strong experience in Oracle Fusion ERP, particularly across HR modules, to support and enhance a critical enterprise platform within its Shared Application Services function.

This role will focus on the stabilisation, maintenance and continuous improvement of a live enterprise service environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of the platform while contributing to future enhancements and releases. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with responsibility for workload coordination, incident resolution and ongoing service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the ongoing stability, maintenance and enhancement of a live Oracle Fusion ERP environment.
• Coordinate and distribute workloads across the team, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively based on skills, priorities and delivery timelines.
• Prioritise development and support activities to ensure critical business needs are addressed in a timely manner.
• Monitor progress against delivery plans, conducting regular reviews to ensure alignment with service and project objectives.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Manage and resolve L2 and L3 support incidents, working closely with internal teams and third-party partners where required.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding incident status, progress and expected resolution timelines.
• Contribute to problem management by proactively identifying recurring issues and implementing preventative measures.
• Support release and deployment activities, ensuring changes are fully tested and validated before moving to production environments.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience supporting and developing within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments, ideally in a senior or lead developer capacity.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more Oracle Fusion modules, particularly HR-focused areas such as:

• Employee Records
• Absence Management
• Recruitment
• Learning
• Performance Management
• Self Service HR
• Payroll and Time & Labour

• Experience managing or coordinating workloads within a technical support or development team.
• Strong experience working with incident management, problem management and root cause analysis in live service environments.
• Ability to work on L2 and L3 support incidents, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors where necessary.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report and Period Close.
