* Covering the London and M25 area
* Working with clients such as hotels, bars, restaurants and commercial companies and care homes
Skills needed to be an air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance engineer
* Living anywhere in or around the M25 / London area
* You need maintenance experience working on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
* They would look at engineers that are biased on either conditioning or refrigeration
* F Gas cert needed, IPAF and PASMA would be beneficial

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality fire alarm installation, commissioning, and servicing across a diverse customer base. Key duties include:

Completing planned service and maintenance tasks across a range of sites, from retail units to office buildings.

Undertaking small works, system commissioning, and general fire alarm engineering tasks.

The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have:
