Key Responsibilities
Mechanical & MEP Design Delivery

• Produce and oversee detailed mechanical building services designs, including HVAC, ventilation, plantrooms, domestic water, public health services, LPHW/CHW, piping, plumbing, medical gases, fire sprinkler systems, BMS and associated systems.
• Coordinate mechanical-electrical interfaces, ensuring seamless integration of controls, electrical supplies and wider MEP system strategies.
• Develop, review and assess mechanical and MEP designs across all RIBA/BSRIA stages, ensuring alignment with project objectives, scope, budgets and programmes.
• Review consultant and contractor design outputs including Revit models, Navisworks models, plant selections, load calculations, schematics and P&IDs, ensuring compliance with Employer’s Requirements and project specifications.

Leadership, Management & Collaboration

• Manage the MEP consultant design team, assigning tasks (BG6 & DRM), setting deadlines, tracking performance and providing technical mentorship.

As a Fire & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a range of fire alarm and security systems, including both addressable and conventional systems. All work must be carried out in line with current regulatory standards, with the completion and sign-off of relevant certification.
You’ll work across a range of client sites delivering a high-quality, reliable service, while ensuring systems remain compliant and fully operational.

Systems & Equipment

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with engineers who:
