You’ll lead the digital shift from legacy tools to DOORS NG, delivering end-to-end requirements lifecycle management across systems, software, and domain engineering.

You’ll enable traceable, auditable, and governed requirements practices, integrating partners, suppliers, and MBSE models into a seamless Digital Thread. Your leadership ensures certified capabilities, streamlined change management, and a single source of truth across complex, regulated programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery, migration, and continuous improvement of Requirements Engineering capabilities.
  • Lead the controlled transition from legacy RM tools to DOORS NG, ensuring safe coexistence, data quality uplift, and integration with MBSE, ALM, PLM, and Test.
  • Define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and implement governance, naming conventions, link semantics, and quality metrics.

We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer, with knowledge of LK metrology Camio software for a 6-month role in Worcestershire.

Able to assist in the workload of creating new programmes to align new machines.
