* Ensure quality assurance and governance of all design outputs, including SLDs, wiring diagrams, I/O schedules, and control room layouts.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors, building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
* Manage tender packages, respond to technical queries, and produce high-quality technical offers.
* Attend and chair design and hazard review meetings, site visits, and support project delivery across transmission and distribution networks.
* Support capability development and training within your team, fostering a collaborative environment.

* Proven experience in substation secondary design, protection schemes, and automation.
