The Role:
This role leads the planning, development and delivery of a complex portfolio of asset-related programmes across the full asset lifecycle, fully integrated within the IFS Enterprise Resource Planning system. As the functional Asset Programme Manager for the Energy Division, you will provide expert support across all Product Lines, ensuring consistent application of asset governance standards and methodologies. You will drive the development and implementation of an integrated Asset Management Framework, embedding lifecycle optimisation, SIOP planning, preventative maintenance and life extension strategies into live operational environments. The role also leads the delivery of high‑value internal projects, including the integration of third-party technology partners across the Energy Division portfolio. With a strong process-led mindset, you will operate as an experienced PMO practitioner, managing
international, cross‑functional stakeholders and confidently bridging engineering, operations and corporate governance to ensure robust, compliant and practical asset management outcomes.
What youll be doing:
Development and ownership of the Asset management framework standard and implementation via IFS across all Energy Product Lines globally.
Asset Management functional leadership ensuring Product Line compliance with asset life cycle framework processes.
Divisional oversight of cross Product Line asset deployment planning.
Provide oversight and assurance that internal capex projects are conducted in accordance with relevant Group PMO process.
Sponsorship of cross Product Line asset digitisation transformation.
Responsible for the integration of 3rd party technology partner assets ensuring alignment with JFS asset framework process, PMO governance and readiness to deploy.
Collaboration with internal NPD sponsors and Product Managers ensuring new asset-based products are fully integrated in terms of asset management process compliance prior to deployment.
Review and verification of tenders that involve 3rd party technology partners that trigger divisional functional DOA approval.
