Network Engineer - Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end support for telecoms project delivery, including planning, installation, commissioning, and handover of the network infrastructure across Scotland.

  • Strong understanding of IP networking principles, including CCNA-level knowledge, WAN, LAN, and MPLS technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Nokia platforms such as Nokia SAR-H and Nokia NFM-P, including configuration and fault finding.
  • Solid knowledge of routing, switching, and data networking, with experience in XTran technology desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for producing clear and accurate network diagrams and technical documentation.
