Role: Agile Coach
Location: South West
Day Rate: £550-600 (INSIDE IR35)

Overview:
We are recruiting an Agile Coach to support a single delivery team within a UK government client.
This role is team-level rather than organisation-wide, focused on helping a technically capable but historically under-structured team improve how they plan, prioritise, and deliver. • Experience operating effectively within tight scope and single-team engagements
  • Ability to balance structure with pragmatism in constrained environments
