Your responsibilities as an Electrical Engineer:

  • Review and approve electrical designs and quotations to ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, upstream network operator specifications and Last Mile adoption criteria.
  • Carry out formal design and variation approval checks, providing authorised engineer sign off to confirm designs are fit for purpose and ready for delivery.
  • Assess electrical drawings, engineering reports and supporting documentation, identifying risks, required improvements and opportunities for efficient design.
  • Provide clear technical guidance and feedback to designers, supporting consistent quality across quotations, approvals and design changes.
  • Support the development of the design team by maintaining technical standards, contributing to training and managing technical escalations with internal teams and network operators.

The Role
