The salary on offer for this role is £35,000. We also offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy additional days. Leading and supporting strategic projects within SGIS to deliver measurable improvements.
Analysing operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
Developing and presenting clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Supporting project planning, timelines, resources, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
Preparing detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI and other analytical tools.
Supporting change management activities and ensuring adoption of new processes.
Tracking and monitoring actual costs versus budget, providing clear reporting and analysis to support cost control and decision-making.What youll need to succeed:
Proven experience managing or supporting projects within a business environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
