The role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager (maternity cover) to lead the development, performance, and optimisation of our demand engine across the Media division and our Marketing Solutions product suite.
This role plays a critical part in accelerating revenue growth by designing and managing the full-funnel journey from initial engagement and intent development to lead capture, nurturing, scoring, and sales readiness.
You will be responsible for building the frameworks, programmes, and insight-led workflows that convert audience interest into qualified opportunities. This includes shaping commercial narratives, aligning closely with Sales leadership, and ensuring the seamless movement of prospects through the pipeline.
Positioned as a senior member of the Marketing team, you will work collaboratively with Product, Media, Sales, Data and Brand colleagues to deliver coordinated and effective demand programmes that drive measurable commercial impact.
