You will be required to be available to work on-site for up to 3 days per work.

Working in an SC Security Cleared environment. SC Clearance required, due to the urgency of the role, or you will be eligible to undertake clearance.

This role focuses on customizing and optimizing ServiceNow applications, building new features, and integrating the platform with internal and external systems.

The developer works closely with business stakeholders, architects, and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, high quality technical solutions.

Required Skills Qualifications

Hands on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform (2+ years preferred).

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting, and ServiceNow API usage.

Experience with workflow development, UI customization, Flow Designer, and App Engine.

Understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, roles, and platform security.

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and common authentication frameworks (OAuth, Basic Auth).

Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred/Nice to Have

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/others).

Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
