  • Contribute to all the current pre-commencement focus win company procedures for execution and completion on all allocated projects.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the planning, design, and implementation of Python-based applications. You will ensure projects are completed on time and within scope while coordinating between cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business goals.

Protection Applications Design Engineer responsible for designing and integrating protection schemes across power distribution networks from 11kV to 132kV. The role supports network upgrades, asset replacement, reinforcement, smart grid initiatives, and customer connections while ensuring compliance with national protection standards.

  • Design protection schemes for feeders, transformers and busbars across 11kV, 20kV, 33kV, 66kV and 132kV networks.
  • Produce protection logic diagrams, tripping schemes and connection drawings using MicroStation V8i or AutoCAD.
  • Develop relay logic, relay settings files and communication protocols (IEC61850, DNP3).
