Job Description Summary

Working on the existing WMX platform and build outstanding index/benchmark product capabilities and production processes.

Collaborate with the product, research, partnerships, governance and policy, sales strategy, operations, marketing, and other teams to create innovative technical solutions for RBSL.

This position is responsible for leading a team working on our FX real-time risk system, driving key deliverables, managing the backlog of work, and contributing technically where needed. The Fixed Income Connectivity team globally supports connectivity and routing solutions to ECN platforms and clients. About the Role

Role profile:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Lead Java Engineer to join the SwapClear Interfaces development team, part of the SwapClear Technology function supporting the LCH Swap Clearing business. The team is responsible for the designing, building, and supporting critical interfaces and systems that facilitate the clearing operations.

This Senior Lead Java Engineer role will focus on leading the team in designing, building and maintaining Java-based applications and their related systems that are critical to the SwapClear Clearing operations.

You will be worked in scrum team and work collaboratively within an Agile environment to ensure the smooth execution of the software development lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and support. You will work with the SwapClear Interface development Team Lead while actively contributing to the delivery of high-quality solutions.
