To be responsible for supporting engineering aspects of the procurement, safety management, and bringing into service of relevant ATC Systems. Typically, these will be minor / less complex systems and projects, focusing on simpler systems or specific equipment. Spectrum IT’s client are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer / Outsource Engineer to join a thriving business in a time of growth. This is an onsite role supporting an end client in Chichester 4 days a week, with 1 days travel to a site in Greater London per week. (Travel time included within working hours). This role has been deemed inside IR35 and would be for an initial 3 month contract period (temp to perm or extension highly likely).
In this position, you would be the primary engineer on site for an end client in Chichester, taking ownership of all IT support including day-to-day business as usual support, more complex issues, proactive maintenance, and an element of project work. You will attend the London site upto 1 day per week and travel time will be included in your day. Typically you would be onsite in London 10am to 2pm allowing time to travel.
