About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our growing Injection Moulding and Regrind teams. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and improving machinery, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting site operations.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Youāll work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive machine reliability and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain ancillary equipment, conveyors, and injection moulding machines.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and resolve issues efficiently.
Develop and manage a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plan.
Monitor equipment performance and maintain detailed maintenance records.
Organise and manage engineering materials and spare parts to reduce downtime.
