What to expect:

You will work as part of a team to safely maintain and improve automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) and associated equipment within the designated work area, ensuring system availability, reliability, and performance targets are consistently achieved while meeting quality, safety, and environmental standards:

• Safely maintain machinery, within an automated warehouse
• To ensure required outputs are achieved in performance case fill and CRS targets

About the role

The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is recruiting an Audio Visual Technician to join a small, dedicated AV team, maintaining and operating a variety of audio, video and control systems, to support staff members and external clients within the College s event and meeting spaces; this included the RCOG s x300 seater main event space and the video recording studio. About the Role:

The Group Service Desk provides first, second, and third-line support to colleagues across the business.

You’ll take responsibility for providing effective 1st- and 2nd-level support to users via the Service Desk, including support for systems, Servers, and networks. The existing infrastructure primarily consists of Windows 11, Mac OS & mobile devices, as well as several largely bespoke applications, and Citrix-based desktops and applications.

Main Duties:

• Answering Service Desk chat promptly and providing 1st- and 2nd-Line technical support. In some cases, during a disaster recovery, calls might need to be answered.
