Power Platform Consultant Lead Client Engagements End to End

This isn t a ticket-taking Power Platform role.
You ll take ownership of a portfolio of customers, shape their roadmap, and stay with them from first workshop through to long-term optimisation. You ll be the person they trust to turn business problems into working solutions and guide them on what to do next.
If you enjoy being in the room with stakeholders, designing the solution, and then getting hands-on to deliver it, you ll feel at home here.
What you ll be doing
Leading the onboarding of new customers (typically weeks) - environment setup, licensing, deployments and early solution design
Running discovery workshops and turning real business pain points into deliverable backlogs
Owning and maintaining the solution roadmap for each account over a 12-36 month journey
Architecting and configuring solutions across:
Managing work packages end to end - from prioritisation through to go-live and handover
Acting as the main technical and delivery contact for your customers
Supporting demos, PoCs and customer conversations at both working and senior stakeholder level
Leading rollouts, user adoption and optimisation planning
This is a true 360 consulting role. Most of the build is configuration-led, with occasional pro-code (JavaScript) where needed.
