The role

The Role

Were looking for a number of early-career Backend Software Engineers to join the Proofpoint Tessian Engineering Group across multiple core teams. The Tessian product offers inbound threat defence software, via API, to Microsoft or Google e-mail platforms, as well as a data loss prevention (DLP) service that utilises Machine Learning for maximum protection.

  • Experience working as an Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Network Engineer
  • Experience supporting Windows Server environments
  • Administration experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting or administering network infrastructure
  • Exposure to firewall technologies such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, FortiGate, or similar
  • Experience supporting VPN connectivity or remote access solutions
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
