As our Part Time Customer Service Advisor , you will be responsible for accurately receiving and processing customer orders and responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a part time, permanent role, based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent, working Monday to Wednesday 09:00-17:30 and Sunday 7:00- 12. The duties of the Part Time Customer Service Advisor will include: -Maintaining excellent customer service and effective communication to meet service delivery standards -Building and maintaining relationships with our customers as well as our internal distribution, commercial and administration team -Ensuring compliance with the service level standards What skills and experience do you need? As our Part Time Customer Service Advisor , you will be confident on the phone, comfortable working within a fast paced environment and able to work well within a team. During peak times, you will be handling a high volume of calls, emails and orders, therefore, a positive, hands-on approach is essential. Strong programming skills (Python essential, R desirable). Knowledge of statistics and/or statistical genetics and/or machine learning. Experience of high throughput sequencing algorithms. Managing the full cycle of analysing high-throughput sequencing data from sequencing quality control to annotation and prioritisation of variants, preferably human whole genome sequencing data. Qualifications A PhD involving one of the following: Rare Diseases, Computational Biology, Systems Biology, Statistical Genetics or equivalent work experience, Ideally, undergraduate studies with a strong quantitative discipline component (such as physics, computer science, or maths). About the Role
