Key Responsibilities:
Travel between sites predominantly on foot, with occasional use of company van.
Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
Maintenance on lighting (general & emergency), power supplies, circuits, and control panels.
Manage your workload effectively via PDA, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed SLAs.
Carry out weekly compliance checks including fire alarm testing and L8 water hygiene tasks (tap temperature monitoring, flushing, etc.).
Undertake general mechanical and fabric maintenance as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and building managers.
Attend reactive breakdowns and carry out efficient fault finding.

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
You will be utilising your core skills as an Mobile engineer doing PPM and reactive fault diagnostics and installations associated to this companys core activities.
Responsible for own Health & Safety on site and follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments as standard on all sites, highlighting specific requirements as required.
Conduct the planned delivery of SFG 20 maintenance and repair across 51 fire stations in London.
You will also be sufficient in conducting maintenance and repairs of the remedials you identify on PPM.
You will be part of a wider team and will adopt a teamwork mentality and collaboration
Some but not all your PPM duties will be generator load testing, monthly emergency light testing, L8 temperature checks, meter readings, shower outlet descales, extract fans, pumps, lighting and general Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing maintenance.
You will be a first response on reactive calls and will be expected to attempt a first-time fix (within your skills competency). You will assist with the completion of standard maintenance and repair within the Mechanical, Electrical & Building Fabric trades.

Conduct Planned maintenance across LFB estate to SFG 20 standard.
Completing engineers worksheet in full, giving full details of plant that requires additional work.
Worksheets to be detailed, pictures of before and after on each job, remedial quotations should be sourced and provided with the job.
Complete works competently to prevent call backs and KPI failures
Identifying lifecycle replacement requirements.
Completing a weekly time sheet correctly and submitting it to your line manager
Submitting Expenses weekly with all supporting receipts
Completing all necessary paperwork for the customer whilst on site and obtaining a customers signature to enable the job attended to be invoiced without any delays.

Having implemented a new MS Fabric based Data platform, the need is now to scale up and deliver data driven insights and strategies right across the business globally. The Data Engineer will be joining a close-knit team that is the hub of our client’s global data & analytics operation. Previous experience with MS Fabric would be beneficial but is by no means essential. Interested candidates must have experience in a similar role with MS Azure Data Platforms, Synapse, Databricks or other Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Snowflake etc.
Key Responsibilities will include;
* Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end solutions using Fabric components:
* o Data Factory (pipelines, orchestration)
* o Data Engineering (Lakehouse, notebooks, Apache Spark)
* o Data Warehouse (SQL endpoints, schemas, MPP performance tuning)
* o Real-Time Analytics (KQL databases, event ingestion)
* o Manage and enhance OneLake architecture, delta lake tables, security policies, and data governance within Fabric.
* o Build scalable, reusable data assets and engineering patterns that support analytics, reporting, and machine learning workloads.
* Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Key Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
* Proven 2 yrs+ experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on PySpark, SQL, Microsoft Azure Data platforms and Power BI an advantage
* Proficiency in development languages suitable for intermediate-level data engineers, such as:
* Python / PySpark: Widely used for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting.
* SQL: Essential for querying and managing relational databases.
* Understanding of D365 F&O Data Structures is highly desirable
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

What we are looking for
