The Role
The Senior Project Manager will manage a complex infrastructure programme, including management of tenders up to and including Development Consent Order (DCO) processes, any Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phases of a scheme the design, preconstruction and construction of heavy civil engineering works including tunnelling and multi-utility scheme, to the specified assurance, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance. The role also involves working closely with the operational team in delivering the works, to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner, whilst ensuring customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.

Essential

  1. Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and cost control, including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting
  2. Ability to use Primavera P6 software or equivalent
  3. Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent

A unique opportunity for an Audio Systems Engineer to join a very early-stage London technology company building a next-generation edge device product currently in stealth. Founded in 2024 by an exceptionally experienced team of product designers and engineers, several of whom have previously built and exited companies for significant sums, this is a genuine ground-floor opportunity to shape a product from first principles.

Requirements for Audio Systems Engineer:

What you will be doing…

As Building Coordinator for your assigned area, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering outstanding progress across all outstanding tasks and construction updates. What you will be doing…

The Construction Delivery Manager supports activities in the field relating to the construction of a designated section of the works and its onsite facilitation.  It includes day to day on site supervision and direction of the works to safely and efficiently deliver the project.

Job Purpose / Overview

To provide technical expertise to the Integrated Management System (IMS) team, working within the IMS team, the Lead IMS Analyst supports the SZC organisation to update and publish documents. The role of a Lead IMS Analyst at SZC, will have primary responsibility for developing and refining procedures for the Sizewell C (SZC) project. There will also be a need to train and or coach others in procedure development best practices. The role also includes organising and facilitating workshops to define processes, with a specific emphasis on process modelling expertise (Lean/Six Sigma).
