Working with the End User Compute Team you’ll be instrumental in shaping the infrastructure, network and cloud capabilities that support vital services for the client.

As the Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Mobile Device Management), you won’t just be maintaining systems, you’ll be a key architect of our future infrastructure landscape. Working alongside Technical Architects and Principal Engineers, you’ll design, maintain and upgrade our infrastructure, tackling challenges head on and ensuring seamless service delivery.

You must have several years of experience managing an MDM / EMM solution and SaaS based platforms.

A strong understanding of security and device hardening, especially with mobile devices such as phones and tablets.

You will also have strong experience managing and administering of Android and iOS devices with Workspace ONE.

You must have an understanding of Windows 11 and macOS device management and experience of supporting infrastructure services for 10000+ users.

Experience in IaaS/PaaS Compute such as AWS, GCP or Azure is essential.

Experience Required:

  • Extensive hands-on experience as a PKI Engineer, SSH Engineer, operating Venafi PKI, CLM and Venafi SSH Manager (Trust Protection Platform) in an enterprise environment.

  • Knowledge SSH tooling, including OpenSSL, OpenSSH, and Cloud Provider TLS/CA integrations and KMS APIs.
  • Experience migrating from long-lived SSH keys to SSH CA certificate based authentication.
  • Experience implementing workload identity across cloud platforms using certificates or cloud KMS.
  • Strong understanding of NIST/FIPS standards and relevant IETF RFCs for PKI, TLS, and SSH.
  • Knowledge of crypto-agility strategies, and CA agility patterns.
