You’ll need to be comfortable with Confluence for documentation and Jira for project tracking and story management.
Your main responsibility will be to develop and structure a comprehensive test framework. This includes creating approaches and plans, gaining approval for those approaches, and ultimately delivering a complex set of functional and performance tests for software components running within an AWS multi-account model. You will be working alongside client teams and supporting, as required, in a 3rd line capacity.

You will also have strong experience managing and administering of Android and iOS devices with Workspace ONE.
You must have an understanding of Windows 11 and macOS device management and experience of supporting infrastructure services for 10000+ users.
Experience in IaaS/PaaS Compute such as AWS, GCP or Azure is essential.
