Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Incident Management:
Proactively manage the ticket queue assigned to the Hub and its surrounding “Spokes” (remote locations).
Ensure all tickets are appropriately updated and managed to maintain contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Logistics & Asset Management:
Manage Hub stock, performing accurate asset management by scanning items in and out of locations as per contract requirements.
Effectively manage the disposal process for equipment handled through the Hub.
Execute locker replenishments at remote sites when necessary.
Technical Support & Repair:
Triage and perform hardware repairs on equipment that is still under warranty.
Liaise directly with vendors to coordinate parts procurement and equipment returns.
Process Adherence & Improvement:
Strictly follow all agreed processes and procedures, including those set by the Authority (site regulations) and internal company guidelines.
Proactively highlight potential service issues or suggest service improvements to the Team Leader.
Required Skills & Experience
Security Clearance: Current and valid SC Clearance is mandatory.
Customer Focus: Excellent customer-facing skills with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a commitment to service excellence.
