Job Description:
Castrol is looking for a strategic and commercially focused Senior Manager, Marketing Insights & Effectiveness to lead global marketing performance, analytics and insight across the business.
This role will shape how marketing is measured and optimised, helping connect marketing investment to commercial and customer outcomes across numerous global markets. Leading a specialist team and working closely with the Marketing Hub, you will drive the development of frameworks, tools and reporting that improve decision-making, campaign performance and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
The role plays a key part in supporting Castrol’s evolving global marketing model, helping drive greater accountability, optimisation and performance visibility across international markets. You will also lead the global Insights agenda, delivering research and analysis that supports brand strategy, innovation and business growth.
This position offers regular engagement with senior global leadership, including direct interaction with the CMO.
