About the Role:
The Staff Technical Programme Manager plays a pivotal role in turning strategy into action by enabling the successful delivery of products, platforms, and services. This hands-on position involves daily decision-making, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring that delivery is efficient, high-quality, and aligned with business objectives. You will make key decisions on feature development, balance competing priorities, and ensure deliverables meet expectations for quality, budget, and timelines. Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will help bring impactful, customer-focused solutions to life. At this level, the Staff Technical Programme Manager leads multiple interdependent projects or programmes, ensuring clear alignment between business goals and delivery execution. You will mentor team members, guide cross-functional groups, resolve dependencies, and champion best practices in resource management and financial stewardship. You will play a key role in shaping high-performing teams and ensuring impactful, organisation-wide delivery.
