Description
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a high-impact team working on large-scale digital and data transformation projects. You’ll play a key role in understanding business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring technical solutions deliver measurable value.
This role sits at the intersection of technology and operations — ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, clarity, and turning complexity into structured, actionable outcomes. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape how systems, processes, and data come together.
What you’ll do
Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements
Analyse current processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions
Translate business objectives into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and testing activities
Maintain documentation and ensure alignment across business and technical teams
Facilitate workshops and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Core skills & experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital, software, or data projects
Strong understanding of agile delivery and product development lifecycle
Ability to translate complex requirements into structured documentation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with process modelling, data mapping, and reporting tools
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Nice to have
Experience in SaaS, fintech, or data-driven environments
Exposure to APIs, system integrations, or data warehousing
Agile certifications (Scrum, CBAP, PMI-PBA)
