Who we’re looking for: A passionate Python Developer who is interested in using new technologies to solve real business problems The challenge: To maintain and enhance our Python-based payment and billing systems while collaborating with the data team to ensure consistent Python development practices across Tillo Where you’ll work: This role will be based in our Hove office 2 days a week Day to day this role will: - Build out our Python services using technologies including FastAPI, Docker and Kubernetes - Integrate to third-party services and APIs - Support the Platform team (helping to maintain helm charts and docker files for Python services) - Maintain the high standards of our codebase and test suite - Pair program with other Engineers and participate in code reviews We’re looking for experience with: - Python on web applications using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django - Secure development principles and test driven development - Git version control systems - Building and integrating to APIs It’s not essential, but we’d love to hear about it if you have experience with: - AWS - Writing automated tests - Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies - CircleCI or similar pipeline tools Benefits We offer all our employees trust and empower our team to work with flexibility and autonomy.
