Description
We are looking for a Solution Architect to join us to work with our customers to understand strategy and requirements across their enterprise. The role requires you to understand, plan, design, and support the deployment of large and complex products and platforms.
What you’ll be doing
Our Solution Architects are responsible for understanding and steering the digital strategy of our customers - you’ll be working closely with CTO’s, CIOs and other architects. You’ll be helping our customers to define technical solutions and translating business requirements into solution designs as well as providing architecture/technical leadership and support for projects and programmes, ensuring new application deployments align with the overall strategy.
What you’ll bring to Answer
Defining technical solutions including integration to new and legacy systems
Experience in system-to-system integration
Experience with standard informatics processes (e.g., ITIL), organisational structures, and governance
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a non-technical language
Experience working in structured project management and delivery focused environment
Hands-on experience in delivering a solution from inception through to implementation
Strong background in client-facing roles with great stakeholder management
It would be great if you also had experience in some of these, but if not we’ll help you with them:
Technology background, ideally in a programming language such as .NET or Java
Client-facing experience gained from a technical consultancy or software vendor
Ability to represent organisations at local, regional, and national architecture forums
Architecture and system design experience for nationwide interoperability programs
Experience working directly with executive and director level management
Previous experience as a Software Engineer or Systems Integrator
