We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Altrincham, Manchester.

You will be working full time as part of our design and development teams on a wide range of existing and new projects for clients in a variety of industries.

We are looking for someone with the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables.

The role responsibilities consist of;

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from clients or stakeholders)
• Work with design and development teams to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Help build and maintain a productive environment

You will be required to have experience and skills in the following:

• Experience in a project manager or scrum master role across multiple projects
• Familiarity with software development
• Good knowledge of Agile ceremonies
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving capabilities
• Good organisational skills
• Experience in deadline management
• Involvement in QA
